Position Summary:
As a Fullstack Engineer at Wand.ai, you will play a pivotal role in developing the most extraordinary user interfaces for our advanced AI assistant platform. Your work will directly contribute to redefining the paradigm of human-machine collaboration, creating seamless, intuitive, and engaging experiences for users across the globe. This role demands a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for innovation, as you will be at the heart of building the future of enterprise AI systems.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy innovative frontend and backend solutions that enhance the functionality and user experience of our AI assistant platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, AI researchers, and product managers, to define and implement feature specifications.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs while maintaining high standards of software quality and responsiveness.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, addressing any technical challenges that arise.
Implement security and data protection measures, adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in our platform.
Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the development of best practices within the engineering team.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Fullstack Engineer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex web applications.
Proficient in frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React and Next JS) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js and Python).
Experience with database management and data structures (SQL, NoSQL).
Familiarity with cloud services (Google Cloud, Azure and AWS) and API design and development.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and innovate.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a mindset geared towards continuous learning and growth.
Preferred Experience:
Background in B2C Product-Led Growth (PLG) products.
Expertise in NLP, AI, LLMS.
Experience with Supabase and Firebase.
Personal Characteristics:
Strong individual contributor with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
